Terms of use

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Steve O’Neill, a sole trader trading as SiteFeed, of Flat 2 Walker House, 1 Barker Butts Lane, Coundon, Coventry, CV6 1BF, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using SiteFeed Teams you agree to them. If you use SiteFeed Teams for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf, and these terms are also with that business.

SiteFeed Teams is made for businesses. When your business keeps records in it, our data processing terms also apply and form part of these terms.

2. The service

SiteFeed Teams is an app and online service for managing jobs, diary, team, customers, quotes and invoices. Features may change. During testing, features may be incomplete and the service may be interrupted.

3. Accounts and your team

4. Financial records and tax

5. Acceptable use

Don't use SiteFeed Teams to break the law, to store information you have no right to keep, to try to get into other companies' records, or to disrupt the service.

6. Your data

Your company's records belong to your company. We only use them to provide SiteFeed Teams, as set out in the data processing terms. You can delete your account. How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy notice.

7. Price

SiteFeed Teams is currently available at no charge during its introductory release. We plan to introduce paid company subscriptions with a future version, but no subscription is needed to use this version.

Before paid access begins, we will publish the prices, seat allowances and terms, give you advance notice, and ask an Admin to choose a subscription explicitly. Introductory access will not automatically become a paid subscription, and we will not charge you without your agreement.

Businesses that begin using SiteFeed Teams during its introductory release will be offered at least three months of complimentary access after paid subscriptions are introduced. We will explain how that offer works before the paid version launches. If you choose not to subscribe, we will not delete your company records solely because you have not paid; you can contact us about obtaining a copy of your records or deleting your account.

8. Liability

8.1 What we can't limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

8.2 What we do and don't promise. We will provide SiteFeed Teams with reasonable care and skill. We can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and it does not replace your own business records or professional advice (see section 4). Keep your own copies of records you need.

8.3 If you use SiteFeed Teams for a business (which is what it is made for):

8.4 If you are a consumer. If you use SiteFeed Teams other than for your trade, business, craft or profession, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using SiteFeed Teams.

If we decide to stop providing SiteFeed Teams, we will give at least 30 days' notice and help your company's Admins get a copy of its records first.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using SiteFeed Teams and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On ending, the record-keeping described in the privacy notice applies.

11. Law and courts

These terms, and any dispute about them or SiteFeed Teams, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you use SiteFeed Teams for a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland, in the Scottish courts, or, if you live in Northern Ireland, in the Northern Irish courts, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law where you live.
